This project illustrates the intended addition of a detached garage to the single family parcel off of 36th and Leavenworth Streets. The existing conditions show the retaining walls and drive access as well as a turn around within the property line.

The proposed garage structure is planned to enclose the retaining walls with a wood frame structure claded with pre-finished concrete Hardie siding and a modular green roof system. The garage door will be a translucent glass and aluminum frame, to appear as a window rather than a door.
